Today, the Ministry held a seminar on the compliance of civil servants with the requirements of anti-corruption legislation. The report was made by Olga Romanova, the leading adviser of the civil service and personnel department, responsible for the prevention of corruption and other offences. The seminar examined in detail issues of compliance with anti-corruption legislation in terms of restrictions and prohibitions, prevention and settlement of competing interests. Also reminded to employees about the inadmissibility of receiving remuneration and gifts from individuals and legal entities in connection with the performance of official duties.

This was reported by Ildus Nasyrov, head of the administration of housing and communal services of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, at a press conference in the Information Agency "Tatar-inform". "This year we plan to repair 991 houses, including 243 houses in Kazan, 147 houses in Naberezhnye Chelny. The total amount of financing amounted to more than 6 billion rubles,"- he said. "Next year we plan to include 1031 houses in the program, including about 320 houses in the city of Kazan. A concrete number of houses will be specified after the adoption of the program, by the end of this month, "- he added.

As Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev noted, cooperation between Tatarstan and China has recently been developing at an active pace and is contributing to the strengthening of Russian-Chinese relations. Today, a large number of investment projects are being implemented on the territory of the Republic of Tatarstan with the involvement of Chinese partners.

In Naberezhnye Chelny, Nizhnekamsk and Yelabuga, "Baltika" company will install containers for the separate collection of household waste. The project "Bring the Benefit to Your City" is realized within the framework of the sustainable development program "Goal 4 Zero: Together for the Future". Containers are divided into three sections - for cardboard waste, PET packaging and glass. Serving containers will be a local industry operator. The separate collection allows us to use household waste for the second time and make a real contribution to the conservation of nature. Only for 9 months of 2017 within the project "Bring the Benefit to Your City" more than 40 thousand tons of various packaging waste was collected and sent for processing.

December 1 in the Ministry of Construction of Russia took place summing up the results of the first All-Russian competition and a solemn ceremony of rewarding the best specialists in the field of pricing and budgetary rationing in the field of urban development. Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of Russia Hamit Mavliyarov expressed gratitude to the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan for information support and assistance rendered during the first All-Russian competition "The Best Expert in Pricing and Estimated Valuation in the Sphere of Urban Development". The team of the Republic of Tatarstan was represented by the winners of the IV Republican contest "The Best Estimator of the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017". Specialists of Tatarstan became winners in two nominations. A total of 272 applications were submitted for the competition.

In the village of Starye Chechkaby, the Kaibitsky district, a modular paramedic and obstetrical station was opened. This is the eighth feldsher-midwife station in the district, produced at the Tatarstan plant "Neftemash" in Aznakaevo. When the facility was opened, the head of the district, Albert Rakhmatullin, stressed that the modular paramedic and obstetric center was built within the framework of the Republican program, for which the population of the village are very grateful to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov. In the new building there are observation rooms, treatment rooms, a cabinet for storing medicines, refrigerators, and hot water. All conditions for providing high-quality medical care have been created.

The building is a part of the cultural heritage of federal significance, here are carried out repair and restoration work. For the moment, the roof has been replaced. On December 2, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that the local housing inspectorate has accepted 941 of 984 houses, which have been repaired in the republic. 

Today, in Chistopol, a new 104-apartment house No. 183 on Engels Street was settled. Its residents are members of the social mortgage program, young families, settlers from emergency housing, doctors, who receive grants, families with many children, workers in the agricultural sector. The head of the Executive Committee of the Chistopol district of the Republic of Tatarstan Eduard Khasanov handed keys to the new settlers and congratulated them.
