Today in the exhibition centre "Kazanskaya Yarmarka" the grand opening of the VIII Specialized Exhibition and Congress "Pure Water. Kazan" was held. The Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Sayfutdinov addressed the participants with a welcoming speech. "The protection of the environment, including water resources, is one of the most urgent problems of our time. In the Republic of Tatarstan, the "Clean Water" program is being implemented. The program is aimed at increasing water supply in the settlements of the republic, as well as improving the quality of drinking water supplied to the population, "- the deputy minister said.

The total amount of programs for the overhaul of social and cultural facilities in the Republic of Tatarstan in 2017 is almost 7.5 billion rubles. This was stated by Ildus Nasyrov, head of the administration of housing and communal services of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan, at the press-conference in the Information Agency "Tatar-Inform". "The year is coming to an end, my preliminary assessment, which is very successful. We are completing the programs for the overhaul of social and cultural facilities. There are nine such programs in Tatarstan: major overhaul of educational institutions, children's health camps, resource centers, cultural facilities, teenage clubs, municipal buildings, social service institutions, municipal archives, and so far the overhaul of buildings of outpatient clinics in Tatarstan (a new program approved in the summer),"- Ildus Nasyrov reminded.

From November 30 to December 1, 2017 the VIII specialized exhibition and congress " Clean water. Kazan " will be held in the exhibition center Kazanskaya Yarmarka. This event is organized by the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Tatarstan  with the support of the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, the Federal State Budgetary Water Management Agency "Sredvolgavodkhoz", and the OJSC "Kazanskaya Yarmarka".

In Russia, almost 100 thousand houses have been overhauled, and the collection of contributions for capital repairs has increased by 16% compared to the indicators of 2016. Mikhail Men noted that the capital repair program in the regions has been working in the planned mode. By the end of 2017, more than 40,000 apartment buildings with a total area of 171.4 million sq. m, where more than 6 million people live. Of these, almost 30,000 houses have already been repaired (101.6 million sq. m), which has improved the living conditions of 3.8 million people. Separately, the minister noted a number of subjects of the Russian Federation that showed high rates of implementation of regional capital repair programs: the Republic of Tatarstan - 982 houses with a plan of 991 houses, Lipetsk region - 541 houses with a plan of 621 houses, Tula region - 871 houses with a plan of 1115 houses, Moscow - 3,207 houses with a plan of 4,178 houses, Vologda region - 416 houses with a plan of 564 houses.

On November 25, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irez Faizullin reported that as of November 24, 2017, as many as 2,012,700 square meters of housing, which makes 100.2 per cent as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

Today, within the framework of the weekly personal reception of citizens, Deputy Minister Ilshat Gimaev met with participants in the shared housing construction of the companies Svei, StroyKom, Fon, Mag-Stroy, and Fon-Riviera. Work on the modernization of treatment facilities in the district centre began in 2015. During 2 incomplete years, modular biological treatment facilities, a blower station, a laboratory with its full equipment were built, the pump station and sludge areas were overhauled, a station for ultraviolet disinfection of wastewater was installed, and the territory of the facility was arranged. The design capacity of the treatment facilities is 350 cubic meters per day, the treated sewage is further discharged to the Volga. Also, the ministers congratulated the inhabitants with the start-up of treatment facilities. "2015 - 2017 years were the starting points for this Republican program, it will continue to operate. The construction of new and modernization of existing treatment facilities is costly for the budget, but our President did it because all this is done for the sake of health and well-being of people. I am very happy that you were among the first to use a high-tech facility" - said Irek Fayzullin.

Modular ski bases were commissioned in Zainsk, Kukmor and Mendeleevsk. Ilshat Gimaev, deputy minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan informed about it within the framework of the press-conference Information Agency "Tatar-inform". In total this year in Tatarstan was planned construction of 11 block modular ski bases, including in Kazan and Naberezhnye Chelny. The total cost of the project is estimated at 66 million rubles. For today, pilot projects were commissioned in Zainsk, Mendeleevsk, Kukmor. Modular ski bases are in demand. If the demand for them does not disappear, the program can be continued next year, he assured.

In the urban-type settlement of Aksubaevo, four large families received ten two-room apartments today. Two families got two apartments, and two families - three. Keys to new settlers were handed over by the head of the Aksubaevsky district of Tatarstan Kamil Gilmanov. The state customer of the program providing housing for large families - the Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan. In its framework this year it is necessary to provide housing for 50 large families. 74 dwellings were provided for them. Among these, 51 were built by the State Housing Fund under the President of Tatarstan for 29 large families. Thus, 19 families from Aznakaevsky, Arsky, Buinsky, Kukmorsky, Mamadyshshy, Nizhnekamsky, Chistopolsky and Yutazinsky districts, as well as from Kazan, already live in 34 apartments. The remaining ten families will be settled in 17 apartments, the construction of which is completed in Aksubaevo, Kukmor, Spassky district, Kazan.
