Work on the modernization of treatment facilities in the district centre began in 2015. During 2 incomplete years, modular biological treatment facilities, a blower station, a laboratory with its full equipment were built, the pump station and sludge areas were overhauled, a station for ultraviolet disinfection of wastewater was installed, and the territory of the facility was arranged. The design capacity of the treatment facilities is 350 cubic meters per day, the treated sewage is further discharged to the Volga. Also, the ministers congratulated the inhabitants with the start-up of treatment facilities. "2015 - 2017 years were the starting points for this Republican program, it will continue to operate. The construction of new and modernization of existing treatment facilities is costly for the budget, but our President did it because all this is done for the sake of health and well-being of people. I am very happy that you were among the first to use a high-tech facility" - said Irek Fayzullin.
