First Deputy Minister Alexei Frolov met with representatives of the business delegation from the People's Republic of China, within the framework of which, in particular, issues of cooperation in the sphere of solid waste management were discussed. The delegation included representatives of CAMCE (China CAMC Engineering Co., Ltd.), See Parts Technology, World Food City and export-import trading «Alzat» company. "We approved the territorial scheme of waste management, within which Tatarstan is divided into two zones - the western and the eastern. Regional operators will be selected on a competitive basis. Their sphere of competence is wide: from collection and processing of waste to elimination of landfills,"- noted Alexey Frolov. During the meeting, the sides exchanged experience and information on the organization of collection, removal, recycling and processing of solid domestic waste. At the end of the event, the Chinese delegation thanked colleagues from Tatarstan for their hospitality and expressed hope for further cooperation.

The winners of the contest "100 best goods of Russia" in 2017 are announced. Educational services of the state Autonomous institution "Managment of state expertise and pricing in the Republic of Tatarstan for construction and architecture", in particular, advanced training courses under the program "Pricing and Estimated Rationing in Construction" are recognized as the best in the nomination "Services for the Population". The competition "100 best goods of Russia" is held with the aim of identifying high-quality goods and services among enterprises, institutions, organizations of the Russian Federation.

During the planned and unplanned inspections of the housing stock, 832 multi-family houses with a total area of ​​6185.63 thousand sq. m were inspected by the inspectors of the Bugulma zonal housing inspection in the districts assigned to the inspection (Aznakaevsky, Bavlinsky, Bugulminsky, Leninogorsky, Yutazinsky) for 10 months of 2017. In the frame of the inspections, 920 violations were detected, including: the rules for the operation and maintenance of apartment houses-852, the rules for the use of living quarters-49, the norms and the regime for providing the public with utilities-26. For 10 months in 2017, the management organizations, according to the regulations of the Bugulma zonal housing inspections were carried out works on repair of common property to the amount of 7,095.41 thousand rubles.

In 2017 in Yelabuga 31 residential buildings were completely repaired and the amount of 113 million rubles was spending for it. Substantial support for improving the state of in-house engineering systems and houses as a whole is the work carried out under the capital repair program. For example, in 9 apartment buildings, a major overhaul of the heating system was carried out. Also, works were carried out to repair hot and cold water supply networks, repair of facades and roofs, which not only positively affect the quality of citizens' residence but also reduce energy losses in homes.

22-apartment house in Buinsk solemnly put into commission. Along with orphans, the keys to new apartments have been given to families with many children, bringing up 5 or more children; families moving from an emergency housing stock; employees of the budgetary sphere for social mortgage. On November 4,  speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Alexey Pesoshin at Tatarstan Government House, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of republic Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of the year the local State Housing Inspectorate  has conducted 3,676 inspections of multi-apartment houses under capital repair in 43 municipalities of the republic and has revealed 54 cases of safety violations in 17 regions.
