On July 4, the project of restoration of historical quarter in Kazan within Rakhmatullin, Kavi nadzhmi, Profsoyuznaya and Musa Dzhalil streets was presented to Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov at Tatarstan Government House. Aide to Tatarstan President Olesya Baltusova, chief architect of Kazan Tatyana Prokofieva, Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin, and other officials took part in the event.

Ak Bars Development was required to prepare a project of restoration of this part of Kazan. Chief architect of OOO “Studio Complekt” Marsel Iskanderov presented the architectural concept of the reconstruction. It is planned to restore subsidiary buildings and yards of architectural monuments in the mentioned area. Also, two residential buildings and offices will be built.

The presented project was approved. Rustam Minnikhanov stressed that it is important to keep the whole image of the area and reconstruct historical monuments.  

Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan V. N. Kudryashov met with the General Director of "Saint-Gobain" Erwan Dupuy.

The idea of this event arose during the meeting of Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Director General of "Saint – Gobain " Erwan Dupuis at the St. Petersburg international economic forum.

During the event, speakers discussed ways of cooperation with the work of research laboratories and the inclusion in the curriculum of students of KSCAU and Kazan Construction College. Pay attention to some construction technologies and it is essential that the professionals in the construction sector was informed about the appearance on the market of certain products and solutions that simplify work, save time in construction and achieve high levels of quality design.

In 2017 the public organization "Fund of assistance to reforms in local government" launched project, aimed at creating a system of distance education, available to anyone who has Internet access. As teachers will be leading experts of the industry, owning the most up to date information: heads of relevant state bodies and public associations, practitioners with extensive experience of management of apartment houses.

It will make knowledge accessible, relevant, flexible. Also, the project has created a database of methodical support of housing activists and an electronic reference library on the theme of housing.

The educational program will be manuals and online seminars which in an accessible and popular form will be answered on topical issues of housing management, protection of the rights of citizens in housing, public control in the housing sector.

If the project uses state funding allocated as a grant in accordance with the decree of the President of the Russian Federation from 05.04.2016 No. 68-RP and on the basis of a competition conducted by all-Russian public organization "Russian Union of rectors".

Republican clinical oncologic dispensary in Kazan (Sibirskiy trakt, 29) was visited by President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov. Accompanied by Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, Minister of health of RT Adel Vafin and head physician "Republican clinical oncologic dispensary of the MH of RT" Ildar Khairullin guests visited the radiology department, visited the nuclear medicine center, got acquainted with the work of the Volga center of TomoTherapy. Rustam Minnikhanov got familiarized with the new equipment, which today has Republican clinical oncology center. In more detail, told him about the equipment of the new center TomoTherapy equipment will allow to carry out effective radiation therapy to patients with malignant tumors with minimal exposure of surrounding tissues.

Before irradiation on chemotherapeutical apparatus is a computer tomography, it allows maximum detailing the location and size of the tumor in the patient. With this detail, then, is the direct session of radiotherapy. The device allows the maximum impact on the tumor, avoiding exposure of healthy tissues and organs.

Tatarstan President also presented the new device is magnetic resonance therapy, 3 Tesla is the only Russian high field scanner for oncology.

Republican Oncology center was not only a district dispensary for regions of the Volga Federal district. From 71 regions of the country come here to complete the survey to receive surgical treatment. Rustam Minnikhanov, commenting on the situation, said: it is important that our patients were not sitting in the queue. It is suggested to analyze the situation and assess the number of patients from other regions and the number of inhabitants of the Republic, appealed to the oncology clinic. According to Tatarstan President, first of all, the services of the Republican Oncology dispensary needs to be marathoners.

Today, under the leadership of Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of Republic Tatarstan of Ilshat Gimaev held the reception of citizens of the residential area "Salavat Kupere". During the reception, the Deputy Minister told about the current situation at the site and answered the questions of the participants.

On June 26, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov together with Mayor of Kazan Ilsur Metshin visited reconstructed facilities and sites in Kirovsky and Moscovsky districts of Kazan.

In particular, they inspected overhauled multi-apartment houses on Vosstaniya Street. Head of the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration Sergey Mironov told Tatarstan President about new technological solutions aimed at improving the quality of life of residents of the republic.

Minnikhanov also visited the Kirovsky and Moskovsky districts’ administration building on Vosstaniya Street. The districts' administration is implementing projects aimed at constructive work with residents and improving the quality of providing municipal services as part of the concept of client-oriented state authorities.

Since January 2017, the administration has had a hospitality zone located in the lobby. Every day about 350 people visit the administration. The innovations include an operational control centre established as part of the Safe City programme. The centre is aimed at processing complains coming from citizens and the People's Control and Open Kazan systems within a short period of time.

Minnikhanov appreciated the hospitality zone arranged in the administration building.

During the inspection projects of squares made by students of Kazan State University of Architecture and Engineering and other promising projects implemented in the districts were also demonstrated to Minnikhanov.

The Ministry of construction of Tatarstan in the framework of the visit Kyrgyz delegation to Republic of Tatarstan held meeting with Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin, and Director of State Agency of architecture, construction and housing and communal services under the Government of Kyrgyz Republic Abdiyev Baktybek Abishevich.

19.06.2017 At the initiative of the Ministry of health held a meeting on issues of medical provision of inhabitants of the residential district "Salavat Cooper". The event was also attended by Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Executive Director, BUT "State housing Fund under the President of Tatarstan" Bulat Gilmanov, as well as residents of the neighborhood. The opening of the first clinic is scheduled for September 2017. To this end, state lived fund signed a lease on the property (900 sqm) with a medical Association "Spasenie". The reception will be organized for the adult population, until the children will be served at a children's polyclinic №4. For the first time in clinic "Spasenie" will only provide primary health care and specialized experts will conduct reception in the city polyclinic № 19. In the future, depending on the amount of the assigned population, the clinic will go also and specialized medical care, that is, in "Salavat Cooper" will be a full-fledged clinic. The entire volume of medical care will be provided within the mandatory health insurance system, that is free.
