Today it was held the meeting with students of KSCEU of a representative of the Regional Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services RT. The purpose of these meetings is to educate students the necessary theoretical knowledge in the field of housing legislation.

During the event, topics included: the owner and his rights, changes in the housing code, the basics of energy conservation, methods of management of an apartment house, housing and utilities, and more.

Students expressed interest in further study of the theoretical and practical knowledge in the sphere of housing and communal services.

Today, at the initiative of the Ministry of construction of Tatarstan it was held a press tour at the resource centres, where did overhaul. In the Republic the program is implemented from 2014. During the three years of its implementation repaired 27 resource centers totaling 2 039,47 million. So, in 2014, was overhauled 10 facilities totaling 676,71 million. In 2015, the overhaul completed on 9 sites totaling 681,38 million. In 2016, the renovated 8 units for 681,38 million roubles. In 2017 it is planned to repair 10 objects of education. For these purposes from the Republican budget allocated 681,38 million roubles. This year it is planned to repair the Kazan technical school of information technology and communication, Kazan radio and mechanical College, Kukmor Agricultural College, Almetyevsk Professional College, Nurlat Agricultural College, Kama Construction College, International College of Service, Aktanysh Technological College, Kazan College of Municipal Economy and Construction and Kazan Trade and Economic technical school. Currently, work is being done at all sites.

Builders of the Republic has exceeded its last year's results in housing by 3 per cent and was ranked first on this indicator in the Volga region. This was told at a round table the Deputy Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev.
