First residential building certified according to BREEAM standard in Tatarstan
Company "YIT Kazan" presented energy-efficient 16-storey residential building in the residential complex "Contemporary", which is the first in Tatarstan is certified according to the BREEAM standard.

BREEAM is the most widespread system of voluntary certification of green buildings, which is considered to be independent, rigorous and academic rating of the existing system.
Contributes to BREEAM performance building that goes beyond legislative provisions and evaluates the object on a number of indicators:

- internal and external impacts (noise, light, air quality etc.);
- consumption and water use efficiency inside and outside the building;
