More than 5 km of water supply networks in the village of Vasilyevo, Zelenodolsk district, are being upgraded under the national project Infrastructure for Life

Reconstruction of 5,226 km long water supply networks continues in the village of Vasilyevo, Zelenodolsk district.

The facility is included in the program of the national project "Infrastructure for Life" with financing of 102.610 million rubles.

According to the State Institution "Main Directorate of Engineering Networks of the Republic of Tatarstan", the water supply networks in the village of Vasilevo were commissioned in 1970 and run in close proximity to the railway tracks. At the moment, their wear is more than 80%. To bring the supplied water up to sanitary and epidemiological standards, a complete modernization of the networks is necessary.

At the beginning of July, almost 4 km of pipes were laid. The total completion rate is 76%. Construction and installation work is scheduled to be completed by September 30. As a result of the reconstruction of the networks, the quality of service for 1,400 residents of Vasilevo village will improve.

In total, 36 facilities will be renovated in 2025 under the national project "Infrastructure for Life", 3 billion 200 million rubles are provided for implementation, including 1.5 billion from the republican budget.

In addition, at the initiative of the Rais of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, the republican program for the modernization of municipal infrastructure was launched, which includes 100 facilities.

Thus, according to two programs, 136 engineering infrastructure facilities will be modernized in Tatarstan.
