Today GAU UGAZ RT in conjunction with Ministry of construction of Tatarstan held a seminar for manufacturers of building materials on the theme "Formation and commissioning of the Federal state information system of pricing in construction".
The main objective of the seminar was to educate manufacturers of building materials of the Republic about the importance and need for accommodation prices and the volume of produced construction materials in the system.
In FGIS CA will be laid current information on the prices of building materials, products and structures, mounted equipment, cost of operation of machines and mechanisms, the level of remuneration of workers in the sector taking into account territorial specificities. And will also provide publication of legal entities.
During the meeting the head of the GAU UGAZ RT Mazit Salikhov told about changes in legislation concerning the topics of the seminar.
The Deputy Head of the Ministry of construction of RT Ilshat Gimaev gave information about the activities carried out by the Department for monitoring of construction materials.
On April 27, at his office in the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov had a meeting with Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the State Corporation - Fund of Assistance to Reforming Housing and Utilities Sergey Stepashin and Director General and Board Chairman of the State Corporation - Fund of Assistance to Reforming Housing and Utilities Konstantin Tsitsin.
The meeting discussed cooperation related to modernization of housing and communal infrastructure, development of the urban environment and improvement of public spaces.
Chief of Staff of Tatarstan President’s Administration Asgat Safarov, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin took part in the meeting.
Today in Chistopol in the framework of the Federal program of resettlement of citizens from emergency housing stock was held a solemn presentation of keys from new apartments. Settlers will move in a five-storey 155-unit apartment building No. 28/4 street Prusenkova, which was launched on 30 December 2016. Owners comfortable apartments in the house were 244 persons (92 families), previously living in emergency houses. Residential building area is 5,9 thousand sq. m.

Today Minister of construction, architecture and housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin opened the 22-th international specialized exhibition "VolgaStroyExpo" and the 14-th international specialized exhibition "Real Estate. Investment opportunities. Franchising".
Today, as part of the opening ceremony of the 22nd international specialized exhibition "VolgaStroyExpo" took place rewarding of winners of competition "The best organization of labor protection in the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan".
On April 24, speaking at an extraordinary briefing at the Government House of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Health Adel Vafin said that a two-year progamme aimed at modernization of city and municipal polyclinics in 2017-2018 has been launched in Tatarstan.

On 14th of April in the Council of Federation of the Federal Assembly of the Russian Federation held a solemn ceremony of awarding winners of all-Russian contest "The most comfortable urban (rural) settlement of Russia". Awards for significant contribution to the creation of a quality living environment and improving the livability was presented to representatives of municipalities of the Republic of Tatarstan, Bashkortostan, Rostov, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Belgorod, Astrakhan, Kemerovo regions, Krasnodar, Stavropol and Khabarovsk territories.
Today Regional Centre of public control in the sphere of housing and communal services of the Republic of Tatarstan held a seminar for owners of apartment buildings. The training was attended by 22 people.

On April 17, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov inspected construction works at major construction sites in Kazan. The first site was the logistics post center near Kazan airport. The new complex will be used for receiving, customs clearing, and sorting of postal deliveries. According to the Minister of Information and Communications Roman Shaikhutdinov, the main purpose of the project is to support the growing flow of electronic commerce and import of goods. The complex will handle 1 mln deliveries per 24 hours. The official opening is planned for the beginning of summer.
