The Inspectorate of State Construction Supervision of the Republic of Tatarstan on the 24th of December, 2019 issued a conclusion (No. 357 / r) on compliance with the requirements of technical regulations and design documentation for a 9-story residential building located on Stroiteley Street, Zelenodolsk.

On December 23, during his working visit to Naberezhnye Chelny, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov handed in the keys to new special-purpose equipment to public utilities.

In total, the public utilities received 9 vehicles, including snow loaders, excavators and tractors with handling equipment. Next year, the city will receive another 15 units of municipal equipment.

Minnikhanov noted that a lot of work is underway in Tatarstan to improve public utility facilities. “The availability of modern equipment is an important element in the work of public utilities. The mood of people largely depends on the quality of cleaning, the condition of roads and sidewalks. Therefore, your work is very important,” he said.

Tatarstan President emphasized that Naberezhnye Chelny has received 46 units of new municipal equipment for 3 years. “We see that the urban economy is in good condition. I am sure that the special-purpose equipment that will be handed over today will also become good support,” Minnikhanov added.

Mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeevm, who took part in the event, thanked the leadership of the republic for supporting the city and implementing a number of significant programmes for improving public spaces, repairing roads and other spheres.

As part of a working trip to Naberezhnye Chelny, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, Rustam Minnikhanov, took part in the solemn ceremony of settling an apartment building in the 63rd microdistrict. The residential facility was built under the social mortgage program. The event was attended by the mayor of Naberezhnye Chelny Nail Magdeev. Comfortable apartments in the new house will receive 357 families. Among them, employees of urban enterprises, including KAMAZ, public sector employees and doctors who received grants. Rustam Minnikhanov examined one of the apartments. The house was built taking into account modern requirements, in the premises created the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay. The State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan began to develop the 63rd microdistrict of the city in 2017. In total, according to the development sketch, it is planned to build 17 houses for 3.5 thousand apartments with a total area of ​​207 thousand square meters.

The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Irek Fayzullin, reported on the implementation of the republican programs for the overhaul of housing facilities and the socio-cultural sphere at a republican meeting in the Government House. Irek Fayzullin said that the program for the overhaul of apartment buildings has almost come to an end. The work was completed on all 935 objects, all of them were accepted by the State Housing Inspectorate of the Republic of Tatarstan. Acts of input are available in 921 houses. On 19th of December, an overhaul of preschool institutions was completed at 107 out of 112 facilities. Work is ongoing at 5 facilities. Overhaul in 11 children's health camps completed. There is only one object left, where work is ongoing. The execution is 90.9%. Under the program for the construction of rural clubs, work was completed at 18 sites. At 2 sites, decoration, installation of windows and doors, network adjustment are being carried out.

Today the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov visited the construction site of the "TANECO" Refinery and Petrochemical Complex in Nizhnekamsk. During the visit, Rustam Minnikhanov, accompanied by the management of "TANECO", examined the main production facilities and took part in a meeting on the results of the work of "TANECO" in 2019, at which the Director General of "TANECO" JSC Ilshat Salakhov made a report on the current situation. In 2019, 29.7 billion rubles of investments were spent on the construction of the Complex. The forecast plan for investment in construction for 2020 is 40 billion rubles.

The regional operator of Kazan, the management company HCSE (part of the RT-Invest group of companies), in 2019 equipped the municipalities of the city with 500 containers for separate collection of municipal solid waste. The company's plans for 2020 include a threefold increase in installed tanks and equipment of sites with already 2000 containers. In 2019, 15 new container sites appeared on the streets of Chuikov, Lavrentiev, Gavrilov. By the end of the year, 70 new waste collection points will also appear in Kazan. In 2020, separate collection sites will be equipped in another 351 Kazan courtyards. Recall that the Department of Architecture and Urban Planning of Kazan developed and approved 8 types of container sites for the separate accumulation of municipal solid waste. Venues can be both open and indoor. Different garbage trucks pick up waste from them for subsequent sorting and selection of all useful fractions.

On the eve, the Mayor of Moscow Sergei Sobyanin inspected the new building of the clinic on Yablochkova Street in the Butyrsky district (Moscow). The building was designed by State Unitary Enterprise “Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt”. During the inspection, Sergei Sobyanin noted that the decision to build a new children's and adult clinic, which is designed for 750 visits per shift, is associated with a high load of the former one. He added that the new clinic was built in record time. The clinic will be able to accept the first patients at the beginning of next year. A seven-story building with an area of ​​10.4 thousand square meters was built according to an individual project on the site of abandoned garages. The offices of the most frequently visited specialists, as well as blood sampling and analysis points, will be located on the lower floors, and the offices of the less visited doctors and administration on the upper floors. The clinic will employ 200 people. In the children's department, doctors of the most popular specialties will work: pediatricians, otorhinolaryngologist, ophthalmologist, neurologist, cardiologist, endocrinologist, pediatric surgeon, orthopedic trauma surgeon.

Today in Kazan, the ceremonial opening after the overhaul of MBIC "Saydash Cultural Center" took place. President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the opening of the "Saydash Cultural Center" (N. Ershov St., 57a).
