The national project “Housing and urban environment” in the Republic of Tatarstan has set a key indicator of housing commissioning for 2019 in the amount of 2 million 675 thousand square meters. Let me remind you that in 2020 we have plans to introduce 2 million 979 thousand square meters of housing,”- Irek Fayzullin said.

This year, 5 new companies were attracted, 3 companies opened their production. “In total, 57 resident companies are currently registered in the SEZ “Alabuga” of which 33 are already operating. 6 thousand 862 workplaces were created. The amount of disbursed funds is 132 billion rubles,” - the President of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasized. Next, a presentation was held by company representatives. The project of the Carboform company involves the construction of a plant for the production of synthetic resins, as well as urea-formaldehyde concentrate and formalin. The total investment in the project will amount to 1.3 billion rubles. 100 job places will be created.

Ershova in the Soviet district of Kazan (developer of LLC "SZ StroyUslugi"). The specified object is the first apartment building built in the Republic of Tatarstan using escrow accounts and received a conclusion on compliance. On behalf of the head of the region, a working group will be created to prepare for the second Caspian Economic Forum. It will be headed by the chairman of the government of the Astrakhan region, Alexander Sharykin. The group will begin active work in early January. “The working group should draw up a schedule with the deadlines for commissioning the facilities and specific responsible persons,”- the head of the region ordered.
