Today, on 26th of December, 2019, a conclusion on the compliance of the constructed, reconstructed capital construction facility with the requirements of project documentation, including the requirements for energy efficiency and the requirements for equipping the capital construction facility with metering devices, used energy resources was issued to apartment building No. 7 of the "ART City" on the street N. Ershova in the Soviet district of Kazan (developer of LLC "SZ StroyUslugi"). The specified object is the first apartment building built in the Republic of Tatarstan using escrow accounts and received a conclusion on compliance. Recall that from 1st of July, 2019, the requirement to transfer all projects to escrow accounts came into force.
