Employees of budgetary organizations and enterprises, as well as orphans, became the residents of the 18-story building. In the Kazan residential complex "Salavat Cooper" today was settled the first house of the third quarter, having the address: Ilgam Shakirova Avenue,13 (building number - 3-2). Employees of budgetary organizations and enterprises, as well as orphans, have become residents of 198 apartments of an 18-storey building. The building has two entrances, the total living area is about 10 thousand square meters.  All apartments are in a fine finish and equipped with everything necessary. The State Housing Fund under the President of the Republic of Tatarstan acted as an investor-developer of the house. The technical customer was the RT General Investment and Construction Directorate, and the contractor was "PSK Ak Bars Stroy" LLC.
