On 26th of December, an act of commissioning was signed. The keys to the new apartments will receive 109 interest holders. Thus, the house became the eighth long-term construction in Tatarstan, commissioned in the past year. This house with individual heating has two entrances and 88 apartments - it is fully prepared and equipped with everything necessary for the settlement of residents. On the territory of the residential complex placed the playground and recreation areas for adults, the parking lot. This “Long-term constructed” object has a status of increased comfort. The building was completed by the contractor LLC "StroyGrad" Company, which completed construction and installation work within two months. In total, 20 million rubles were spent on the completion of a residential building in Zelenodolsk.
The housing commissioning plan has been completed by 58% to date - more than 1 million 840 thousand square meters have been commissioned. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin at a traditional meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan.
