The start of accepting applications for the All-Russian open competition for the development of standard projects of individual and multi-apartment low-rise residential buildings, as well as social and cultural facilities, is scheduled for the end of June 2021. The competition is held on behalf of the Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Victoria Abramchenko with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia, the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia and the Association of Wooden Housing Construction in conjunction with the Dom.RF Foundation. The rate of commissioning of individual housing construction continues to grow. Minister of Construction, Housing and Utilities of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin has repeatedly noted the importance of increasing the pace of construction of individual housing construction. Russian companies selected based on the results of portfolio analysis will be able to take part in the competition for the development of standard projects for individual housing construction. One of the conditions for participation is the development of projects based on the Standard for the Integrated Development of Territories. More than 80 organizations will be selected for participation, which will develop projects in 4 nominations: individual residential buildings, blocked residential buildings, as well as low-rise apartment buildings and social and cultural facilities (kindergartens, schools, paramedics and obstetric centers) using wooden carriers building structures. In the fall of 2021, the jury will select 40 winning projects, the authors of which will develop the design and estimate documentation. The projects will undergo state expertise and will be included in the register of cost-effective design documentation for reuse by the Ministry of Construction of Russia. The development of documentation will be carried out on the land plots of DOM.RF and will be completed no later than March 2022. The prize fund of the competition will be 60 million rubles.
The tendencies in the development of the production and use of facing bricks in the building complex were discussed today by the participants in the meeting of the section of the Scientific and Technical Council for the Development of the Building Complex and the Building Materials Industry. Opening the meeting, Ilshat Gimaev said that the share of the construction industry in the structure of the republic's economy is about 8%. At the end of 2020, the volume of contract work amounted to 356 billion rubles. In the region, including 17 factories for the production of ceramic bricks with a total capacity of about 553 million pieces of conventional bricks per year and 3 factories for the production of sand-lime bricks with a total capacity of 347 million pieces of conventional bricks per year. The total capacity of all existing building brick factories is about 900 million units of conventional bricks per year. More than 1,800 people work at the manufacturing enterprises of this type of product. The deputy minister said that a lot of work has been done in the republic to study the experience of various brick production technologies: "For the further development of the brick industry, a new impetus is needed in the form of expanding the range and assortment, color range and its application in facade solutions".
During a working visit to Nizhnekamsk, President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov took part in the ceremony of commissioning catalytic cracking units, hydrogen and oil production, and also visited a new production of divinyl-washing synthetic rubber at "Nizhnekamskneftekhim". During the construction of new units, "TATNEFT" provided orders for factories in almost twenty cities of Russia - in Kazan, Bugulma, St. Petersburg, Ufa, Izhevsk, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, Taganrog, etc. The equipment used is 95% of domestic production. The total investment in three new production facilities exceeded 31 billion rubles. Rustam Minnikhanov noted that today "Taneco" continues to develop high-tech projects. “We are launching three new production facilities for 31 billion rubles. These are huge investment projects that will significantly improve the economy of the "Taneco" complex. In 2010, we opened the first installation. After that, a lot has been done. Today "Taneco" is the most modern world-class plant. This is a huge work of the "TATNEFT" team, builders, designers, scientists, technologists,” - the President of the Republic of Tatarstan emphasized. Kazansky Boulevard "White Flowers" became the first Russian public space to be awarded the international EDRA Great Places Awards. The awards ceremony took place on May 23 in Detroit, according to the project developers. White Flowers received an honorary prize in the Space Planning category. “The project is both culturally and ecologically sound, thought out functionally for different groups of residents. When a park appeared instead of a parking lot, new initiatives and additional investments came, including private ones, because the design process was open to everyone and allowed people to turn on,” - the jury members explained their decision.
The Ministry of Construction of Russia approved Amendments No. 2 to SR 17.13330.2017 “SNiP II-26-76 Roofs”. The established requirements are applicable for roofs in buildings for various purposes and in all climatic zones of the Russian Federation. The updated document also clarifies the requirements for roofing materials, for the parameters of the main structural units of metal roofing, for roofs made of piece materials, corrugated sheets and corrugated sheet profiles, to the design of metal folded roofs. The requirements for the rules for the installation of drainage funnels, the location of the internal drainage funnels and the rules for the arrangement of drainpipes for the external drainage system have been clarified. The updated version of the document comes into force on June 30, 2021.
The University of the Ministry of Construction, together with the State Budgetary Institution "Mosstroyinform", with the support of the Ministry of Construction, Housing and Utilities and the Department of Urban Development Policy of the city of Moscow, on May 25-27, 2021, is holding the 4th All-Russian Practical Seminar "Urban Planning Activities - 2021". Leading ministries and departments of the Russian Federation, as well as representatives of the scientific, expert and business communities will take part in the Seminar. At the Seminar, explanations will be given on urban planning in 2021, digital transformation of urban planning activities, integrated development of territories, land and property relations and the prospects for the development of legislation. In the course of the final joint discussions, proposals for the improvement and systemic transformation of urban planning activities will be developed.
President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov paid a working trip to the city of Zelenodolsk. During the visit, he examined a number of new objects, and also got acquainted with the development of urban spaces. The event was also attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin. The first item in the work program was a visit to the indoor football arena. The facility was built last year within the framework of the republican program. The arena with a frame-tent covering has a football field measuring 20 by 40 meters and an administrative building, which houses a lobby with two dressing rooms for 12 seats, a bathroom, showers, a first aid room, a coach's office, inventory and a room for playing mini-football. After that, the President of Tatarstan got acquainted with the improvement of the city park "Berezovaya Rosha". The park consists of 2 parts: urban and landscape for city events. The improvement project is being implemented in several stages. As part of the first stage, a modern recreation area with walking paths, green gazebos, circular paths for scooter, bicycle and roller skating was created within the city. The park provides active recreation areas with children's sports and playgrounds, a universal playground for team sports, as well as a large pavilion for various events and film screenings. Then the President of Tatarstan visited the renovated youth center "Port". After a major renovation, a modern space appeared here, including a coworking space with a lecture hall and a mini-library, an incubator for social projects, an art residence with workshops, choreographic and rehearsal areas. Rustam Minnikhanov also examined a concert and theater hall for 120 seats, a media center, a conference hall and a technological workshop. In the future, it is planned to place a universal sports ground on the territory of the youth center.
In Kazan, in the residential area "Salavat Cooper", a 340-apartment social mortgage house has been settled. Employees of enterprises, young families, orphans, doctors-grantees and displaced persons from emergency housing received housing space. Housing was provided in fine finishing. Each of the apartments is equipped with plumbing fixtures, electric stoves, fire alarms, water and electricity meters, as well as an automatic remote data reading system. The total area of the apartments is 15 thousand sq. m. The house was built as part of the national project "Housing and Urban Environment".
The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin reported on the progress of the republican programs for the overhaul of social facilities and buildings of subordinate institutions today at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. Construction and installation work under the program of the overhaul of buildings of the Department of Agriculture and Food is completed by 99%. Completed 11 facilities, two remain in the works. 3 out of 8 objects of the republican program of major overhaul of municipal archives have been completed. Accordingly, 5 objects remain in the work. Over the past two weeks, contractors have added well: by the current date, the volume of construction and installation work has been closed by more than 63%. A great deal of work continues under the program of capital repairs and reconstruction of educational institutions. Overhaul of secondary schools is 55% complete. Renovation completed in two schools. Also, the work was completed in one correctional school. On the other three, the work is completed by 36%. The overhaul program of educational organizations also includes the organization of an accessible environment in one school and three kindergartens. All four objects have already been taken over by contractors, which to date has been completed by 35%. The volume of construction and erection works at 8 facilities included in the current program of capital repairs of sports facilities has been closed by 53%. The implementation of the Tatarstan program for the repair of children's health camps continues. Contractors are actively working on 5 sites. The volume of work performed is 30%.
