2016 and 2017 were named the peak of vandalism in the republic. In Tatarstan, every year there are fewer acts of vandalism. They peaked in 2016 and 2017, but this is getting lesser every year. This opinion was expressed at a press conference at the Tatar-inform news agency by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Ainaz Yarmiev. “2016 and 2017 were the most vandal years. Now vandalism in parks and squares is decreasing, because people understand that everything is done here for them,” - Yarmiev said. He noted that since 2016, when Natalia Fishman-Bekmambetova became Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tatarstan, the projects of parks and squares have changed dramatically, from programs of major repairs they have turned into full-fledged new public spaces in the European manner.

Improvement of the central streets has already begun in Baltasy and Almetyevsk. After the repair of parks and squares in small towns and rural settlements of Tatarstan, the central and second most important streets will be improved. Ainaz Yarmiev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about this at a press conference at the Tatar-inform news agency. “So far there are parks in Kazan that need to be repaired. In small towns and rural areas, we are already switching to the street network. Now the central streets are being improved, and in the future we plan to move to the second most important street,” - Yarmiev said. He noted that the improvement of the central streets has already begun in Baltasy and Almetyevsk.

Any resident of the republic under the program "Our yard" can call the hotline or write on the site and tell about his wishes for the improvement of the territory. According to the republican program "Our yard", any resident of the house, next to which the territory will be improved, can call the hotline or apply through the website and tell about his wishes. And more often people want a parking lot next to their house. Ainaz Yarmiev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, spoke about this at a press conference at the Tatar-inform news agency. “Most often they ask for parking. But this is a very controversial issue, because someone needs them, and someone does not, ” - Yarmiev said. He noted that a courtyard without cars is a good idea, but until people are ready for this, everyone needs a car to stand right under their windows. Over time, the number of requests for the quality of work also increases, which makes the work of the ministry easier, because residents themselves control the improvement process.
