In the Drozhzhanovsky municipal district of the Republic of Tatarstan overhaul repairing of rural clubs was completed. Rural houses of culture in the village of Novye Kakerli and the Starye Chukaly were repaired as part of the implementation of the Republican program for the overhaul repairing of cultural facilities in 2019. During the work on the buildings, the floors, the stage and the internal engineering networks were repaired. Note that in 2019 in Tatarstan it is planned to overhaul 40 buildings of rural clubs. More than 400 million rubles were allocated from the budget of the Republic for these purposes. To date, the implementation of the program is more than 50 percent. Also at the facilities of Alkeevsky, Apastovsky and Kaybitsky municipal districts of Tatarstan, construction and installation works have been fully completed.

A new set of rules SR 419.1325800.2018 “Industrial buildings. Agreements with them have been concluded for 10 years. “Every year in Tatarstan 1 million 613 thousand tons or 12 million 443 thousand cubic meters of municipal solid waste are generated. Waste disposal is carried out at landfills included in the state register of waste disposal facilities that have a residual resource of allocated capacity. These landfills were created before the transition of the republic to a new circulation system and will be operated until the residual resource is exhausted - according to the Ministry of Construction, a maximum of 4 to 5 years. A territorially integrated scheme for the storage and processing of SMW was approved.” He also stressed that the country pays special attention to environmental safety issues.

As of 13th of June  1 million 255 thousand square meters of housing was commissioned in the republic, which is 51.8% of the plan. Self-regulatory organizations conducted inspections of 566 organizations - members of SROs. According to the program of multi-unit investment housing, 63 houses are under construction in a high degree of readiness, in an average - 30, in a low degree - 4. In the part of individual housing construction in the republic, 4 thousand 171 objects were put into operation from the planned 7,325 houses. Under the construction program of the buildings of the Soviets (executive committees) of the settlements for 14th of June, work was organized at all 11 sites. The construction of rural clubs is being carried out at 20 out of 21 sites. Under the program for the construction of obstetric points at 1 site out of 45, work has been completed. Representatives of departments, expert and design organizations, industrial enterprises of the region discussed the technical and economic efficiency of using high-strength concrete, the real possibility of their production and use of concrete (reinforced concrete) of the republic at factories and other important topics. Welcoming the guests, the deputy head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Ilshat Gimaev noted that during the last 8 years, more than 2 million 400 thousand square meters of housing were introduced in the Republic annually. Last year, 2 million 409.9 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, which is 3.2% of the housing built in the whole of the Russian Federation. He also said that the implementation of government programs aimed at building housing and social facilities provides great support to the construction industry. To date, 41 programs for the construction of facilities for various purposes are being implemented in the republic. The developed base of the industry of building materials of the Republic allows to realize technically complex, architectural projects in accordance with modern requirements.

The event was led by Deputy Head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan Ayrat Gatiyatov and head of the Sabinsky district Rais Minnikhanov attended by representatives of the customer services, construction and design organizations. BhB System is a subsidiary of the Almaty ventilator factory in the Republic of Tatarstan (Shemordan village, Sabinsky district). The main activity is the development and production of general industrial ventilation and smoke exhaust systems. The products of the plant are made on the basis of developments of the design and engineering division using the experience of leading global enterprises in the climate industry.
