The dynamics for the last week was 9%. In parallel, work is underway on the program of the next year: today, the list of objects to be repaired in 2019 includes 986 houses. The repair of preschool education facilities is continuing. Today, work is carried out in 23 kindergartens out of 94. The total amount of mastering the program is 95%, the dynamics over 2 weeks is 2%. In terms of the overhaul repairing of the created resource centers (colleges), the work was performed at 9 sites. In 2 resource centers, repair continues.

The purpose of the survey is to identify the most vulnerable and problematic topics that concern consumers of services. Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin took part in the plenary discussion “Medical Architecture - 2030. Key trends shaping the future of human health” of the XII International Conference MES-2018. Before the beginning of the plenary session, the Minister examined the exhibition of medical equipment and innovative medical technologies. As Irek Faizullin noted at the opening of the conference, health is the highest value of any civilized society. Morally and physically obsolete objects of medical care are not able to fully solve their tasks, so the republic pays great attention to the renovation and modernization of healthcare facilities: “From 2012 to 2016, works were performed at 2005 facilities, including 383 objects, which were built for the amount of 1033.5 million rubles; overhaul repairing was carried out at 1622 objects for the amount of 583.9 million rubles. In 2017, 42 health and midwifery sites, 5 pathoanatomical departments, and 6 outpatient clinics were built. 6 ambulance stations, 8 outpatient clinics have been thoroughly repaired, 10 have been equipped with medical equipment and furniture for 330.0 million rubles. He told about plans for 2018 that it is planned to build 44 health centers and 11 medical ambulance stations, overhaul and retrofit 7 facilities for 330 million rubles with medical equipment and furniture. Today in Kazan started the 8th International Architectural Festival "Eco-Bereg". The contestants of the event, which takes place year after year in different cities of Russia, this year developed the concept of renovation of the Kazan Volga embankment from the River port to the Kirov dam. The main task for the participants was to solve comfortable and sought-after pedestrian connections between the Volga coastal strip and the historical center of Kazan, which would stimulate the revival and development of the now unpopular territory. In total this year, 45 works from 76 applications were submitted to the “Eco-Bereg” festival competition. As the head of the competition and festival programs of the Union of Architects of Russia Elena Zhilnikova noted, almost all Russian regions were represented among the participants. Both student projects and large architectural bureaus, including 6 foreign participants (Australia, England, Spain, Italy, China and Serbia) were announced. According to Vladimir Kudryashev, federal funds will be attracted to the construction of a new Volga embankment in Kazan, as was the case with shore protection measures during the Universiade on Kazanka and Kaban Lake.
The basis of the project will be the winning concept of the International Festival “Eco-Bereg”, which started on October 4 in the capital of the Republic of Tatarstan.
The Government of the Republic of Tatarstan intends to implement the project of a new Volga embankment in Kazan from the river port to the Kirov dam by 2020, coinciding with the 100th anniversary of the TASSR. This was announced today at a press conference at the IA Tatar-inform by the Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Vladimir Kudryashev.
“When the work begins, it’s premature to speak now. First, on the basis of the concept, a project should be prepared, it should undergo an expert examination, including an environmental one ... We would like it to be implemented by summer - autumn 2020, when we will celebrate the 100th anniversary of the TASSR, ”- explained Kudryashev.
The basis for the future improvement project at the present time will be the concept that won the competitive selection of the Eighth International Architectural Festival Eco-Bereg. The event, which takes place year after year in different cities of Russia, this year hosted by Kazan. Today, at the end of the first day of the festival, an expert jury will announce the names of the winners, whose main task was to propose an idea for updating the pedestrian connections of the Volga embankment and the historical center of Kazan.
The workshop organizers gave the young architects-designers five days to design the layout. Students of the Department of Theory and Practice of Architecture of KGASU developed a project for the improvement of the environment of the Republican Clinical Hospital.
“We had three competing teams of students, which were supervised by teachers, experts and three practical architects with extensive experience. The work was very difficult. The guys had to solve navigation, traffic, pedestrian and landscape issues. During the meeting of the commission, it was decided to make all three teams winners - to make a common project,” - explained Arina Sudakova, head of the Evolution creative agency.
In order to develop a design layout, the teams had only five days. According to the project, a park, a meditation zone, a sports ground, a botanical garden and much more will appear on the clinic’s territory. The architects also thought out all the routing for the ambulance carriage and for the patient separately.
The results of the workshop “Design Environment of the Republican Clinical Hospital” were summed up at the practical conference “Modern engineering systems. Health Architecture (Modern Engineering Modern Engineering System - MES) ”.

Yesterday, an on-site meeting of an interdepartmental working group on occupational safety in the construction industry was held in Kukmor, combined with a meeting of the Coordinating Council on Labor Protection of the Kukmorsky Municipal District. The meeting was attended by members of the working group, representatives of the executive committee of the Kukmorsky Municipal District, managers, responsible persons for labor protection of construction organizations and enterprises of the construction industry operating in the territory of Kukmorsky district. The meeting addressed the state of labor protection in the construction industry and ways to reduce industrial injuries.
In accordance with the inspection plan agreed upon by the Prosecutor’s Office of the Republic of Tatarstan, Chistopol ZHI, in September 2018, a planned inspection was completed for the Krasnoarmeyskaya housing cooperative in Chistopol (it was started in August 2018), and a scheduled inspection was started in respect of housing cooperative "Lesnoy" in Chistopol. In total, 35 apartment buildings with a total area of 76.66 thousand square meters were surveyed as part of the planned and unscheduled inspections; revealed 42 violations of the rules and regulations of the technical operation of the housing stock. In order to eliminate the revealed violations, 10 orders were issued. In September 2018, Chistopolskaya ZHI received 20 written applications from citizens. From the number of received appeals, 8 appeals were checked, 5 of which were taken for inspection control (orders issued).
