Representatives of the business council of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe will study the potential of public-private partnership in Tatarstan. This was announced by the head of the cooperation and partnership section of the Economic Cooperation and Trade Department of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe William Hamilton Jeffrey during a meeting with Minister Irek Fayzullin. The capacity assessment will take place in three phases. The first is negotiations with representatives of ministries and departments of the republic. The second is the preparation of the report, and the third is the creation of an action plan. In his speech, Irek Fayzullin noted that the country has a positive experience of public-private partnership, in particular, this mechanism was used in the construction of health facilities:

In Nizhnekamsk, another teenage club was renovated. Inside the Grenada, windows, doors and furniture were replaced. This is the first such repair within 35 years. The club was put in order according to the republican program. Totally, in 2018 in Nizhnekamsk four such institutions were updated. In Tatarstan, the program for the repair of adolescent clubs has been implemented since 2015, during this time 86 objects have been repaired for 300 million rubles. This year, it is planned to repair 28 facilities worth 100 million rubles.

The pavilions with recycling centers for the “Clean Environment” project are renewed in Kazan. Now there are 8 such points in the city where city residents can hand over waste paper, cardboard, PET bottles, bottles of household chemicals, aluminum cans. It is planned to open one more point in Pobezhimov Street in the near future and gradually increase the number of recycling points under the brand name “Clean Environment” to 20. During the planned and unscheduled inspections of the housing stock in the areas assigned to the inspection - Zainsky, Nizhnekamsky and Novosheshminsky districts, the inspectors of the NZHI in the first half of 2018 surveyed 332 apartment buildings with a total area of ​5 015.93 thousand square meters. In the course of the inspections, only 1,345 violations were identified, including: the rules for the maintenance and repair of the apartment house -1185, the rules for the use of living quarters-125, the norms and the regime for providing the public with utilities-35. Totally were imposed fines in the amount of 845,800 rubles, of which by NZHI -192,500 rubles, by justice court - 653,300 rubles. Paid fines in fact 686,300 rubles.

Within the framework of the republican program for overhaul repairing of the kindergarten, more than 13 million rubles were allocated from the republican budget and 1.3 million from the district budget. For overhaul repairing of social facilities in the Republic of Tatarstan, this year allocated more than 8 billion rubles. This was stated at the press conference of the agency "Tatar-inform" by Ildus Nasyrov, the head of the Department for operation and implementation of housing and communal services programs of the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan. By the end of this year, 34 social service facilities, 42 cultural centers, 38 rural council buildings, 6 youth centers, 19 municipal archives and 114 polyclinics will be repaired and commissioned. The speaker noted that 28 schools (16 municipal and 12 correctional schools), 94 kindergartens, 11 resource centers (colleges and technical schools that carry out educational programs for the most popular specialties in the republic), 28 teenage clubs and 14 health camps are also planned to be repaired.
