In the Republic of Tatarstan from 2007 to 2017, 111 problem objects of shared construction with a total area of ​992 thousand square meters were commissioned, in which 13 thousand 738 equity holders received an apartment. Such data was announced today by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin at the final meeting of the board of the Ministry. To protect consumers from unscrupulous developers, Vladimir Putin set the task to move from shared construction to project financing. Currently, in accordance with the "Roadmap" approved by the Government of the Republic of Tatarstan, monitoring is being carried out on 33 problem-share blocks, in which 4211 equity holders purchased apartments.

The base of the construction industry of the Republic of Tatarstan remains one of the largest in the Russian Federation, which is developed and modernized. In total, since 2010 in Tatarstan 121 enterprises of the building materials industry were introduced and modernized, including in 2017 - 2. In 2018, 6 new production facilities are expected to be commissioned. The volume of shipped products in 2017 amounted to 33 billion rubles.

On January 19, speaking at a summing-up meeting of the regional Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities, Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin said that the construction complex of Tatarstan is one of the largest sectors of the economy, which accounts for 10 per cent of the gross added value of the republic with a share of employment in the construction making 7.9 per cent of the workforce.

On January 19, speaking at a summing-up meeting of the regional Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin said that the construction industry of the republic remains one of the largest in Russia. As many as 121 enterprises making construction materials have been put into operation and upgraded since 2010. The volume of shipped products totaled 33 billion roubles.

The validity of the garden amnesty for the objects of individual housing construction is limited to March 1, 2018. Since then, people have the right to preferentially register land and capital construction projects,"- the speaker said. By law, people can formalize their rights to their own individual houses, garages, garden houses, land plots in a simplified manner. Free privatization of cottage, garden and garden lands was introduced by the same federal law. The garden amnesty will be in force until December 31, 2020.

This year, in the framework of the program "Capital repairs of educational facilities" in Tatarstan, 16 municipal schools and 12 correctional schools are planned to be repaired for the amount of 732.72 million rubles. Thus, one of the priority tasks set by the President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to create modern and comfortable conditions for the education of children has been carried out in the republic since 2012. Since then 751 educational institutions have been repaired. If in 2012 within the framework of this program six types of work were performed: repair of the roof, replacement of windows, repair of entrance groups, replacement of bathrooms, repair of internal engineering communications and interior doors, then in 2013 the repair of the facade and perimeter pavement were added to this list.

It is planned to improve living facilities for over 224,000 citizens of the republic.

In Tatarstan this year will be compiled a rating of management companies. A number of criteria have already been determined, according to which their work will be evaluated in 2017. From today, in the building of the Ministry along Dzerzhinsky Street 10, collection and accumulation of used low-current chemical sources (batteries and accumulators) is being carried out. The container was provided free of charge by the company SAO "ERGO", which will take care of their free service. The project is implemented with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Russia. This initiative is aimed at the formation of responsible consumption, careful attitude of people to the environment, as well as increasing the ecological literacy of the population.
