On January 9, speaking at the first in the current year regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported that as many as 2,403,000 square meters of housing will be commissioned in Tatarstan in 2018.

From 20 to 24 November in Moscow, the annual festival "Russian National Award for Landscape Architecture" was held. Participants from Moscow, St. Petersburg, the Republic of Tatarstan, Belgorod, Voronezh, Sverdlovsk, Samara, Rostov, Ryazan, Tyumen, Moscow, Leningrad, Krasnodar, Krasnoyarsk, Perm districts, as well as Germany, Italy, Switzerland and Poland, presented their work (projects and actualization on the territory of Russia for the last 5 years) to the professional jury evaluation.

February 15, 2018 in Sochi on the site of the Russian Investment Forum, organized by the Roskognress Foundation, will be held the ceremony of awarding the winners of the national premium in the infrastructure of Rosinfra. The organizer of the award is the National  Center for Public-Private Partnership with the support of the All-Russian Public Organization "Delovaya Rossiya", the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Agency for Strategic Initiatives. Among the nominations are the best projects in the social, communal and transport spheres. In some nominations, the best bankers, investors and consultants will be awarded. On December 30, speaking at a video-conference held by Tatarstan Prime Minister Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of all municipal regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the republic Irek Faizullin reported on the completion of some regional programmes on construction and capital repair.

About 3 thousand events will take place in the framework of the urban environment festival "Go out for a walk", initiated by the Ministry of Construction of Russia, told to RIA "Nedvizimost" Deputy Minister of Construction and Housing Andrei Chibis. According to the interlocutor of the agency, the festival started on December 15, and will end on April 10. Chibis clarified that the geography of the festival covers the territories from Kaliningrad to Primorye, among the participating regions are, for example, the Chechen and Karachay-Cherkess Republics, the Kaluga, Murmansk and Irkutsk regions, as well as the republics of Yakutia and Tatarstan. In the architectural and educational space "BFFT. Space" the meeting of the Minister Irek Faizullin with the heads of the departments on humanitarian and socio-economic sciences of the universities of the Republic of Tatarstan was held. Opening the meeting, Irek Fayzullin stressed that the country has accumulated a significant positive experience of socially-oriented state policy. A lot of socially significant projects are implemented that contribute to improving the quality of life in municipalities. Thanks to the republican programs, it was possible to raise the construction industry, increase the population's access to cultural and leisure activities, mass sports, and improve the quality of medical services. During the conversation, the minister presented to the audience the main directions for implementing state policy in the sphere of construction, housing and communal services in 2017 and outlined the tasks ahead. The head of the Ministry of Construction of Tatarstan during the speech asked numerous questions, in particular about the "green" energy, on the introduction of "smart" technologies in housing, communal services and construction. All participants of the event expressed gratitude for the organization of this event, and also noted the usefulness of the meeting.

In the territory of the Alabuga special economic zone, a subsidiary of PJSC Kamgasenergostroy, OOO Gidropromzhilstroy, under the leadership of General Director Burzhumov Nizami Nametovich, a month before the term was constructed and commissioned another infrastructure facility: "Fire station for 6 cars." Participation in the construction also took on subcontractors: "Techvent" LLC, "TP-Story" LLC, "PES" LLC, "Gorvozelenhoz" LLC. Permission to enter was received on December 25, 2017.

On December 22, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of all regions of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported that as of December 22, 2017, as many as 2,269,100 square meters of housing, which makes 94.5 per cent of the plan for 2017 and 100 per cent as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

On December 21, the International Forum "Innovations and Development" "The 100 Best Enterprises and Organizations of Russia-2017" was held at the President Hotel in Moscow. The results of the activity were presented by the heads of organizations of various industries, construction, education, social work, medicine, etc.

Activity results of the state Autonomous institution "Managment of state expertise and pricing in the Republic of Tatarstan for construction and architecture" were presented by Mazit Salikhov, the head of the Institution. According to the decision of the Organizational Committee of the forum, Mazit Salikhov was awarded the Order "Star of the Fatherland" for active work in strengthening the economic power of the Russian Federation, strengthening friendly relations and multiplying the historical, cultural and spiritual values.
