Tatarstan village Muslumovo won the All-Russian competition "Best municipal practice" in a group among rural settlements. During determining the winners, the competitive commission took into account the indicators and activities of the municipalities in the field of housing and communal services, as well as work to create a comfortable and modern urban space.
