In order to disseminate best practices in housing and communal services, as well as closer ties between members of self-regulatory organizations managing apartment houses of the Republic of Tatarstan began the introduction of such forms of cooperation as coaching and mentoring.
The delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan made a working visit to Moscow region with the aim of studying the experience of the Moscow authorities on the redistribution of powers between local governments of municipalities and public authorities in the region.
On October 13, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov visited construction site of “KZSK-Silicon” (Kazan synthetic rubber plant) in Kazan.

Ministry of construction, architecture and housing of the Republic of Tatarstan held a videoconference meeting with participation of the leading construction companies in the region.
During the meeting discussed current issues of the Ministry, as well as plans for the week. Aleksey Frolov told about staff changes.
On October 12, Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov and Board Chairman, Director General of Gunda Corporation (Harbin, China) Zhāng Dacheng discussed the construction of exhibition center “KAZAN EXPO” in Kazan, Tatarstan.
On 20-21 November 2015, Kazan will host the III international scientific-practical conference "Strategy of development of construction and housing complexes in the conditions of self-regulation".
