In the near future, directly in front of this house, music will rumble again - another house is being prepared for settlement of 425 families. The assignment of apartments has already taken place. Among those who will celebrate a housewarming party, 191 families under the social mortgage program, 214 - resettled from the emergency housing, 18 doctors, one large family and a veteran of the Great Patriotic War.
