The other day the opening of the council of the Chistopol-Vyselsky rural settlement took place. With a welcoming speech, the head of the district, Dmitry Ivanov, said: "Thanks to the President of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov, on his initiative and all-round support, programs aimed at raising the standard of living of the population are working. The grand opening of the new facility was completed by a concert of amateur artists of the district.
