The social council at Minregione has brought for discussion territorial planning

Today the Minister of construction, architecture and housing of RT Irek Fajzullin is in a working trip to Moscow where Social council session has taken place at Minregione of Russia concerning formation of system of territorial planning in the Russian Federation. The minister of regional development of the Russian Federation Victor Basargin has spent Social council.

Action has been organised to discuss on purpose pressing questions on formation of system of territorial planning in the Russian Federation, the actions necessary for end of its formation, criteria of an estimation of quality of documents of territorial planning.

On an example of strategy of a city of Moscow have been considered questions of formation of the town-planning concept of development of territory of a megacity.

Also participants of session have discussed following questions: the subregional scheme of territorial planning, experience of the organization of intermunicipal interaction; territorial planning as base of an effective housing policy.

As to Tatarstan, the bill of modification of the Republic Tatarstan Law №98-RT «About town-planning activity in Republic Tatarstan» is prepared now. And the project is accepted by State Council РТ in 1 reading.
