As of February 16, as many as 628,600 square metres of housing commissioned in Tatarstan

On February 17, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Tatarstan President Rustam Minnikhanov with participation of Prime Minister of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin and all regional municipalities in the Government House of the republic, Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Faizullin reported that as of February 16, as many as 628,600 square metres of housing, which makes 26.2 per cent of the plan for 2018 and 161.3 per cent as compared to the same period last year, have been commissioned in Tatarstan.

According to Faizullin, since the beginning of the current year the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of the republic have carried out 114 inspections.

The Head of Ministry of Construction reported on the implementation of the social mortgage programme.

Under the programme of rental housing, the construction of the second phase of housing is planned in Innopolis city in 2018, including six houses for 730 apartments with the total area of 33,900 square meters.

It is planned to accommodate 297 orphans and children left without parental care in the republic in the current year.

Besides, it is scheduled to accommodate 164 families, including 45 large families with five or more children within the allocated budget (a total of 331,319,700 roubles) in 2018.

The plan for the construction of multi-apartment investment houses is 120 houses, 36 houses of which have been commissioned, 84 houses have been left.

As many as 1,492 of 8,370 planned houses of low-rise construction (including individual housing construction) have been put into operation, 6,876 houses have left.

As of February 16, 2018, the works on construction of rural clubs have been organized at 18 of 28 facilities.

Under the construction and capital repair programme of health facilities, three facilities are being overhauled, in particular, Baltasinskaya Central District Hospital, Station of emergency medical services (Kazan, Chekhova street, 3), Regional Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Republic of Tatarstan (Kazan, Sibirskiy Tract, 31).

The Minister continued that 120 buildings of outpatient centres will be overhauled in 2018.

The construction of eight swimming pools is underway. The works on construction of five universal sports facilities in five regions are organized.
