A major renovation of a rural club is planned in the village of Balykly in the Kukmorsky municipal district of Tatarstan.

During the overhaul, windows will be replaced, floors, facades, roof and internal engineering networks will be updated. The interior decoration of the premises will also be carried out.

Balikly is an ancient village founded in the first half of the 17th century. The inhabitants belonged to the class of state peasants, engaged in agriculture and cattle breeding. Carpentry, furnace, plumbing, felting, and trade were also developed.

According to the latest census, more than 360 people live in Balikli. The village has an elementary school, a medical and obstetric center, and a library. The village Club has been operating since 1940, and was originally located on the lower floor of a former mosque. In 1988, a one-story brick building with a total area of 300 square meters was built. meters, and during this time it has never been renovated.

The work will be carried out under the federal program "Family Values and Cultural Infrastructure", which is part of the national project "Family".

More than 17 million 721 thousand rubles have been allocated for the renovation of the village club, including 3 million 721 thousand rubles from the republican budget.

In Tatarstan, the Krasnogorsk Rural House of Culture in the Mamadyshsky municipal district will also be overhauled in 2025 under the national Family project.
