As many as 850,800 square meters of housing commissioned in Tatarstan

On March 31, speaking at a regional video-conference held by Acting President of the republic Aleksey Pesoshin with participation of all regions of the republic, Tatarstan Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Utilities Irek Faizullin reported that since the beginning of 2018, the State Construction Inspectorate and State Labour Inspectorate of Tatarstan have carried out 314 inspections and issued 88 decisions at the total cost of 3m6thousand  roubles for violations of labour safety rules and regulations.

Self-regulatory organizations have carried out inspections at 401 member organizations.

Faizullin reported that as of March 30, 2018, as many as 850,800 square meters of housing have been commissioned in the republic, which makes 130.9 per cent as compared to the same period last year,

As part of the social mortgage program, Presidential State Housing Fund of the republic has reported to the statistics agencies on 75 houses for 574 apartments with the total area of ​​104,900 square meters.

As part of the rental housing programme, the construction of a second stage of rental housing is planned in the city of Innopolis in 2018, including six houses for 730 apartments with the total area of 33,900 square meters.

In order to improve the living conditions of the veterans of the Great Patriotic War, five houses for 13 veterans are under construction.

According to the minister, 297 orphans will be accommodated in 2018.

As many as 120 houses are planned to be commissioned under the programme of multi-apartment investment housing.

Faizullin went on his report and said that under the programme of low-rise construction, including individual housing construction, 2,465 of 8,370 houses have been put into operation.

As part of programme of rural club construction, the works are organized at 26 facilities.

The minister added that the capital repair at seven facilities: medical centres and hospitals is under way.
