Builders commissioned more than a half of the annual amount of housing

Today a regular Republican videoconference meeting on issues of construction and commissioning of housing, provision of housing for veterans of the Second World War, implementation of the Republican target program on citizens movement from  failing housing stock was held  in the House of Government by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov. First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan R.F. Muratov participated in the meeting. A keynote report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan  I.E. Faizullin.  As of August 10th, 2012, 1 million 312 thousand square meters of housing (53% of the annual amount) was commissioned in the Republic. The Minister said that by the end of the year it was essential to build and put into operation another 1 million 168 thousand square meters of housing.

As of August 10th, 2012 according to the program of the State Housing Fund there were commissioned 255 thousand houses for 4 thousand 311 apartments with a total area of ​​261 thousand 400 square meters, including according to the agro-industrial program there were commissioned 149 houses with a total area of ​​16 thousand 700 square meters, according to the social mortgage program there were commissioned 106 houses with a total area of ​​244.7 thousand square meters for 4162 apartments.

Among the houses being commissioned according to the social mortgage program in 2012, the degree of readiness of the objects is the following: 33 objects have a high degree of readiness; 10 objects have an average degree of readiness.

The issue of quality of construction of objects of the social mortgage program was in the spotlight today. Head of the State housing inspection of the Republic of Tatarstan  S.A. Krainov who was the first to take the floor,  used real  examples to show  shortcomings and deficiencies revealed by inhabitants during their operation of houses constructed according to the program of the State Housing Fund.

In his report Minister I.E.Faizullin noted that 152 houses for 710 veterans are being built in the Republic. The degree of readiness of the objects is the following: 73 objects have a high degree of readiness; 36 objects have an average degree of readiness, and 43 objects have a low degree of readiness

As of today in 29 municipalities 178 veterans who received grants in June of this year, have not yet signed the contracts.

Among 64 multifamily investment houses to be commissioned 43 houses have a high degree of readiness, 17 houses have an average degree of readiness, and 4 houses have a low degree of readiness.

As far as low-height housing construction is concerned including individual housing construction in the Republic, among 5 thousand 135 objects the degree of readiness is the following: 1 thousand 927 houses have a high degree of readiness; 2 thousand 359 houses have an average degree of readiness, and 849 houses have a low degree of readiness.

According to the program of elimination of failing housing stock in 2012 only 6 municipalities provided municipal contracts and repurchase contracts.

Today the following objects have a high degree of readiness: house No. 9A for 15 apartments in Bolshaya street in Arsk city; house No.24A for 20 apartments in Kariyeva street in Nurlat city;  house No.6 for 4 apartments in Pochtovaya street in urban-type settlement Rybnaya Sloboda; and house No. 32В  for 18 apartments  in Komsomolskaya street in Buinsk city.

The report also dealt with the program “Country clubs”. According to the schedule of works on the construction of rural clubs the completion date of the construction works is August 20th, 2012, and the registration of as-built documentation and commissioning is to be completed by August 30th, 2012.

As of August 10th 2012 the objects are ready for more than 90% in 12 municipal districts.

A significant delay in the schedule of works is observed in the following municipalities: Aznakaevsky, Aksubayevsky, Apastovsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Elabuzhsky, Zainsky, Kamsko-Ustinsky, Leninogorsky, Muslyumovsky, Novosheshminsky, Sarmanovsky, Spassky, Cheremshansky and Yutazinsky areas.
