Six municipalities fulfill the annual plan for housing commissioning

Today a videoconference meeting on construction and commissioning of housing including the social mortgage program, improvement of housing conditions for the veterans of the Second World War, and implementation of the republican targeted program on citizens movement from failing housing stock was held in the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Tatarstan under the chairmanship of the President of the Republic of Tatarstan  R.N.Minnikhanov and the participation of Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E. Faizullin. Traditionally, he began his report with the issues of the compliance of safety on construction sites.

As of September 21st, 2012 1 million 476.9 thousand square meters of housing (59.6% of the annual amount) have been commissioned in the Republic. Six municipalities fulfilled the annual plan for housing commissioning (Agryzsky, Apastovsky, Buinsky, Verkhne-Uslonsky, Laishevsky, Rybno-Slobodsky and Tukayevsky).

The analysis conducted by a specialized ministry shows that a large amount of houses are commissioned at the end of the year.

As far as the houses constructed according to the social mortgage program in 2012 are concerned, 36 houses have a high degree of readiness, and 3 houses have an average degree of readiness.

The Republic continues to build 148 houses for 777 veterans. 62 objects have a high degree of readiness, 59 objects have an average degree of readiness, and 27 objects have a low degree of readiness.

Among 63 investment apartment houses to be commissioned 47 houses have a high degree of readiness, 12 houses have an average degree of readiness, and 4 houses have a low degree of readiness.

As for low-rise housing construction, including single-family housing construction,  among 3 thousand 922 objects 2 thousand and nine houses have a high degree of readiness, 1 thousand 268 houses have an average degree of readiness, and 645 houses have a low degree of readiness.

President R.N. Minnikhanov ordered to begin active construction of rental housing starting next year, and develop a number of additional measures to encourage construction of low-rise private housing.

Ministry of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan is continuing to issue housing certificates for Chernobyl cleanup veterans, internally displaced persons and citizens from cold regions.

Commenting on the part of the report on the completion of problem "shared" houses the President drew the attention of the heads of the municipalities to the fact that control should go on even at those facilities that had been excluded from the program of the Ministry of Regions of Russia.

As far as the program on elimination of failing housing stock in 2012 is concerned, the resources of the areas failing to complete the program were redistributed to the areas which had a reserve.

Once again Rustam Minnikhanov criticized the implementation of the program “Village clubs” and ordered to adopt the program for 2013 and perform all preparatory work. Next year the construction of the clubs should be completed by autumn.
