The Republic of Tatarstan and VTB Bank signed an agreement on cooperation in the field of housing construction

Today, the President of the Republic of Tatarstan Rustam Minnikhanov held a working meeting with the Deputy President and Chairman of the Board of VTB Denis Bortnikov. The meeting took place in the Kazan Kremlin. The event was attended by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan Irek Fayzullin. Following the meeting, an agreement was signed between VTB Bank and the Republic of Tatarstan on cooperation in housing construction in the region. The document was signed by Denis Bortnikov and Rustam Minnikhanov. In particular, joint efforts will be concentrated on implementing state programs in this area and supporting developers under the new legislation using escrow accounts. During the negotiations, the parties also discussed key issues of financing significant republican projects, as well as local small and medium-sized enterprises.
