Builders are to commission 777 thousand square meters of housing by the end of the year

Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by the President of the Republic of Tatarstan R.N. Minnikhanov and attended by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh.Khalikov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin. He began the report with the compliance of safety on construction sites issues.

As of October 19th, 2012 1 million 703 thousand square meters of housing (68.7% of the annual amount) have been commissioned in the Republic. 10 municipalities entirely completed the annual plan of the housing commission (Agryzsky, Apastovsky, Buinsky, Verkhne-Uslonsky Vysokogorsky, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky, Rybnoslobodsky, Tetyushsky, Tukaevsky areas). 17 municipalities performed the annual task for more than 80%.

Among the houses to be commissioned according to the social mortgage program 27 houses are being completed and 5 houses have a high degree of readiness.

The Republic continues to build 144 houses for 798 veterans. 86 houses have a high degree of readiness, 52 houses have an average degree of readiness and 6 houses have a low degree of readiness.

As far as the main program on the elimination of the failing housing stock in 2012 is concerned, among 30 municipalities 24 thereof submitted municipal contracts and purchase contracts. 15 municipalities submitted municipal contracts and purchase contracts for the entire amount of the program.

As far as the program “Rural clubs” is concerned, among 46 objects construction and installation work has been completed at 40 objects, and 31 objects have been put into operation.

At 4 objects (Nizhnekamsky, Apastovsky and Tetyushsky areas and Kazan city in Severny settlement) construction and installation work is being completed, finishing work and landscaping are under way. The objects are to be commissioned by the end of October 2012.

At two objects (Sabinsky and Zelenodolsky areas) the work will be completed in November and December, 2012 in connection with the construction carried out by individual projects.
