Builders are to commission 563 thousand square meters of housing by the end of the year

Today a videoconference meeting on the housing construction and commission, the provision of housing for the veterans of the Second World War, the implementation of the Republican target program on the citizens’ movement from the failing housing stock took place in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. The meeting was chaired by Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan I.Sh. Khalikov. The key report was made by Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing of the Republic of Tatarstan I.E.Faizullin.

As of November 16th, 2012 1 million 917 thousand square meters of housing (77% of the annual amount) have been commissioned in the Republic.

16 municipalities entirely completed the annual plan of the housing commission (Agryzsky, Apastovsky, Aksubayevsky, Baltasinsky, Buinsky, Verkhne-Uslonsky Vysokogorsky, Kaibitsky, Laishevsky, Nurlatsky, Pestrechinsky, Rybnoslobodsky, Sabinsky, Tetyushsky, Tukaevsky, Tyulyachinsky areas). 20 municipalities performed the annual task for more than 80%.

Among the houses to be commissioned according to the social mortgage program 21 houses are being completed and 2 houses have a high degree of readiness.

The Republic continues to build 101 houses for 696 veterans. 75 houses have a high degree of readiness, 21 houses have an average degree of readiness and 5 houses have a low degree of readiness.

As far as the main program on the elimination of the failing housing stock in 2012 is concerned, among 30 municipalities 18 thereof submitted municipal contracts and purchase contracts. 9 municipalities submitted municipal contracts and purchase contracts not for the entire amount of the program.

As far as the program “Rural clubs” is concerned, among 46 objects construction and installation work has been completed at 45 objects.

At one objects in Zelenodolsky area the work will be completed in December, 2012 in connection with the construction carried out by the individual project.
