2658 piles were driven at all the facilities of the network.
General contractor CNCEC (China) is responsible for carrying out work at 59 facilities including 22 facilities being process racks, and in underground pipelines. Most of the work done is concreting and backfilling of foundations of structures and racks. 11.900 m3 of cast-in-situ concrete were placed and more than 145 thousand cubic meters of foundations were backfilled.
8353 long meters of underground pipes of different diameters were installed; more than 90% of hydraulic testing for the sectors was carried out.
More than 1.700 tons of metal structures were transported to the site, of which 1.350 tons were delivered by “Ak Bars Metal” LLC. The erection of the metal structures of two racks began.
Russian contractor “NIIK” OJSC (Dzerzhinsk) is responsible for carrying out work at 25 facilities. Underground pipelines are being installed by Multi-Industry Association “Inshaat” LLC (Naberezhnye Chelny) in the area of the foreign contractor.
“Kamgesenergostroi” OJSC is installing the foundations of facility 92/01 that is a warehouse for carbamide. 1654 cubic meters of concrete were placed.
The work on the perimeter lighting was completed. “PES” LLC provided temporary power supply.
Off-site water supply network B1 and B7 are being installed. Investment Holding Company “Tatgazinvest” welded and laid 9000 long meters of the pipe with the diameter of 630 mm and 8100 long meters of the pipe with the diameter of 160 mm.
Process equipment of the future plant is being delivered.
