Gosstroynadzor will receive banking information about the developer through UHIS

On the Internet portal of legal information were published Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 13, 2020, No. 276 “On approval of the rules for sending by executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, implementing state control (supervision) in the field of shared construction of apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects, requests to authorized banks for the provision of information regarding developers, necessary for them to exercise their powers under state control (supervision) in the field of shared construction of apartment buildings and (or) other real estate objects.” Requests will be sent by Gosstroynadzor authorities to authorized banks through the Unified Housing Information System (UHIS), operated by DOM.RF, in the form of electronic messages via secure communication channels. In this case, the electronic message containing the request must be signed with an enhanced qualified electronic signature of the head of the controlling body or his deputy. The decision comes into force on 25th of March 2020.
