Farit Khanifov: For 2 months of 2020, the level of collection of payments for housing and communal services amounted to 94%

In February 2020, 2 thousand 229 appeals were received from Tatarstan residents on issues of housing and communal services, which is 1 thousand 61 appeals less than in February 2019. This was reported today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Public Utilities of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov. The Minister noted that the level of collection of payments by the population for housing and communal services in February of this year amounted to 94.2%. For 2 months of the current year (January-February), the level of collection of payments amounted to 94%. The average annual level (March 2019 - February 2020) remains at a high level - 98%. At the level of the average republican and higher (98%) was ensured collection in 7 municipalities: Kazan, Naberezhnye Chelny, Sabinsky, Mendeleevsky, Nizhnekamsky, Chistopolsky and Yelabuzhsky districts. According to the results of monitoring payments for housing and communal services received in electronic form, as of the 1st of March, 2020, the share of “electronic” payments for housing services amounted to 58.3% of the total payments, which is 4.5% higher than in the same period in 2019.
