The Ministry of Construction of Russia will extend for a year all building permits with validity expire before January 1, 2021

1. Building permits that expire after the day the government decree comes into force are renewed for one year.

2. With regard to the features of the provision of state certification services, re-certification of individuals for the right to prepare expert opinions on design documentation and expertise of engineering surveys for the period from April 6, 2020 to January 1, 2021:

- from five to six years, the validity period of qualification certificates extending from April 7, 2020 to January 1, 2021 is extended;

- from April 6, 2020 to January 1, 2021, documents are accepted exclusively in the form of electronic documents using Unified Portal of Public Services;

- from April 6, 2020 to January 1, 2021, the issuance of qualification certificates on paper is not carried out. Information on persons entitled to carry out professional activities to conduct state or non-state examination of project documentation and examination of engineering survey results are included in the register of persons certified to prepare expert opinions on design documentation and examination of engineering survey results posted on the official website of the Ministry of Construction of Russia.
