A two-day “pilot project” of online training for government customers was launched on the basis of the Kazan branch of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia. This program provides training for senior staff and government of the Volga Federal District customers. Director of LLC. Architect Bureau  AB-1" Ivan Moshka talked about the use of information modeling tools and modern approaches. In his speech, he spoke in detail about the benefits of using information modeling not only for design organizations but also for a specialized/non-specialized customer, as well as for future owners. An important part of the presentation was a description of each stage of modern design, consisting of 5 basic steps: 1. Preparation of technical specifications for design: where it is important to identify all participants, draw a common denominator and agree on the rules. 2. Development of the architectural/technological concept: visualization of technical specifications and all agreements. 3. Information modeling: visual and milestone control. Emphasis on standard control of the model. 4. Acceptance of the information model. 5. Registration of design estimates: first the model then the project.
