18 universal sports grounds have been built in Tatarstan
In Tatarstan, 23 sports facilities are being built for a total amount of 2 billion 387 million rubles. This was reported last Saturday at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Marat Aizatullin.
In the previous two weeks, the construction of eight universal sports grounds was completed at once – in Kazan, Zelenodolsk, Laishevsky, Pestrechinsky and Nizhnekamsk districts.
"I would like to thank the contractors for their hard work – this year, for the first time, the program was completed so early. Now 18 new sports grounds have been opened for residents of Kazan and 9 municipal districts – Pestrechinsky, Alekseevsky, Almetyevsky, Arsky, Verkhneuslonsky, Zelenodolsky, Buinsky, Nizhnekamsky, Laishevsky," said Marat Aizatullin.
The largest sports facility is the Football Development Center. Its readiness is 41%.
During the construction of four football arenas in Kukmorsky, Bavlinsky, Mendeleevsky and Arsky districts, contractors have completed 54% of construction and installation work.
