Ilshat Gimaev, Deputy Minister of Construction, Architecture and Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, delivered a report. He recalled that by the end of 2024, over 3,452 thousand square meters of housing were commissioned, which is 109.6% of the plan.
"Tatarstan took 1st place in the Volga Federal District and 5th in the Russian Federation in terms of housing commissioning. On average, there are 0.86 square meters per inhabitant of the republic, the provision of living space has exceeded 30 square meters, while in the Russian Federation it is 29.4 square meters," said I. Gimaev.
As for the current year, the plan is to build 3,260,000 square meters of housing. At the moment, 2,035 thousand square meters have been commissioned, the fulfillment has reached 62.4%.
The Deputy Minister also spoke in detail about the construction of facilities in the fields of culture, health, sports, and education. According to Ilshat Gimaev, the work is carried out according to the established schedule.
