Farit Khanifov: In Tatarstan, the collection of payments for housing and communal services amounted to 95.2%

Monitoring of payment discipline of the population of Tatarstan for housing and communal services revealed that as of the 1st of April, 2020, the collection rate was 95.2%. This was announced today at a republican meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Hanifov. The minister said that as of the 1st of April, overdue debts of utilities for gas amounted to 529.9 million rubles. Compared to the same period last year, debt increased by 25.8 million rubles. The minister also recalled that in 2020 it is planned to repair 1 thousand 64 apartment buildings with a total area of ​​6.5 million square meters. 41 municipalities are participating. Today, the development of design estimates and the reliability of determining the estimated cost continues. Also, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan together with branch ministries and departments of the republic carried out work on the formation of lists of construction and overhaul programs for 2021.
