Farit Khanifov got acquainted with the reconstruction of cultural objects

Tatarstan Minister of Culture Irada Ayupova also took part in the visit.  The first point of inspection was the reconstruction of the “Chulpan” cinema, located at 48 Victory Avenue. Farit Hanifov was informed about the progress and the current situation at the facility.  To date, dismantling work has been carried out by 98%, concrete entrance and pit concreting by 98%, installation of metal lintels by 100%, installation of roofing by 100%, installation of heating by 68%, installation of an individual heating unit by 96%.  Reconstruction of the facility began in 2019.  The general contractor is Restavrator LLC.  The second object, which was visited by Farit Khanifov, was the National Cultural Center “Kazan”, where it is planned to place the national library of the Republic of Tatarstan.  The builders reported on the reconstruction of the building and provided information on the object "Placement of the book depository of the National Library of the Republic of Tatarstan in the building of the NCC “Kazan” with an annex to the reading room."  As for the annexe for the reading room - the construction of the monolithic frame is 100% complete, in addition, the installation of stained glass and glass fencing on the parapet, the layout of heating networks, low-voltage networks, electrical networks, water supply, the installation of lamps, the filling of polymer floors and grinding, were completed  installation of glass partitions, finishing work.  The discussion of the reconstruction of the facilities was attended by Marat Aizatullin, Director of the Main Investment and Construction Directorate of the Republic of Tatarstan, and Adel Khusnutdinov, General Director of the State Unitary Enterprise "Tatinvestgrazhdanproekt".  As the head of the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan noted, it is important to maintain not only positive dynamics, but also to ensure the quality of work performed.
