Such statement was made by First Deputy Minister of Construction, Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation Irek Fayzullin during a meeting of the State Expertise Council, which was held via videoconference on the site of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia on May 14. The first deputy head of the Ministry of Construction also noted that it is precisely at the stage of expert assessment of the terms of reference that the object needs to be assigned a unique identification number that will allow it to track the progress of its implementation throughout the entire life cycle. Soon, Irek Fayzullin said, a transition will take place to designing according to international standards, when the norms of other countries can be applied on the territory of Russia: “Therefore, the qualifications of experts who will make decisions on such projects, as well as construction customers and designers will become especially important. And we are faced with the task of improving the qualifications of everyone who takes part in the construction process, such training for state customer services has already been launched and the first sessions have been held in the Volga Federal District on the basis of the Kazan branch of the Glavgosexpertiza of Russia.” The meeting of the Council of State Expertise was attended by 150 people - representatives of the Russian Ministry of Construction and heads of regional organizations of state expertise.
