Tatarstan, by the end of this year, plans to introduce almost 3 million square meters of housing, now the entire construction industry is set to fulfill this task. This was announced by the Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov during an interview with Andrei Kuzmin. “This year the task was set to introduce 2 million 979 thousand square meters. We are going to this task, Rustam Nurgalievich, being the head of the State Council’s working group on housing construction and the urban environment, has repeatedly stated this,” - the minister said. “The goal has been set for 5 years in the Republic of Tatarstan - 3 million 600 thousand square meters of housing. This is exactly one and a half times more than the figure with which we are accustomed to working,” - he said.
