With the construction of new buildings of the Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital named after Agafonov in Kazan, the Chairman of the Government of the Russian Federation Mikhail Mishustin got acquainted today. The construction of new inpatient infectious diseases and laboratory buildings of the infectious diseases hospital in Kazan has been underway since April 2020 due to the spread of a new coronavirus infection. The construction is deployed on an area of 2.2 hectares on the territory adjacent to the base clinic of State autonomous health care institution "Republican Clinical Infectious Diseases Hospital named after Professor A.F. Agafonov". The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov reported on the progress of the construction of the facility and the current state of affairs. Construction is proceeding at a high pace.
