The Minister of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan Farit Khanifov announced this at a briefing in the RT Cabinet. “The analysis shows that there is an established norm, 220-260 credits per week. 260 credits per week is a thousand per month,” - said Khanifov. If we translate these figures into the number of residents of the republic who received loans to build a house and buy an apartment, it turns out that a small settlement appears in Tatarstan in a month, the speaker noted. By 2024, the Ministry of Construction of the Republic of Tatarstan plans to build about 3 million 600 sq. meters of housing. “In five years we need to grow by half a million square meters. It is within our power,” - the minister added.
