Mikhail Mishustin signed a decree on the allocation of over 6 billion rubles for programs of housing construction development in the regions
The funds will be directed from the Government's reserve fund. Subsidies are allocated within the framework of the state program “Provision of affordable and comfortable housing and utilities for citizens of the Russian Federation”. The funds will be spent on heating systems, water supply, sewerage, roads, kindergartens and schools. This will speed up the completion date and help to put into operation about 600 thousand square meters of housing. 20 subjects will receive subsidies. Among them are Tatarstan, Yakutia, Khakassia, Udmurtia, Crimea, Mari El, Chechnya, Ugra, Bryansk, Belgorod, Voronezh, Lipetsk, Nizhny Novgorod, Irkutsk and Novosibirsk regions. The Ministry of Construction was instructed to monitor the targeted spending of funds and submit a report to the Government by February 1, 2021.
