The volume of funds on escrow accounts in Tatarstan in June increased by 18.5%

The total number of escrow accounts in the republic reached 4.8 thousand. In June 2020, in Tatarstan, the amount of funds placed by participants in shared construction on escrow accounts increased by 18.5% - to 14.5 billion rubles. Eight authorized banks are engaged in project financing of housing construction in Tatarstan. They signed 51 loan agreements with developers for more than 36.1 billion rubles. The new financing mechanism for shared construction is aimed at implementing the Housing and Urban Environment national project initiated by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
