Farit Khanifov: “We plan to increase the knowledge of market participants, taking into account modern realities”

In 2024, 3.6 million square meters of housing should be commissioned in Tatarstan, of which 1.8 million square meters are individual housing construction. It is planned to increase the share of individual housing construction in the total volume of housing construction from 40 to 50%. “Over the past 10 years, the share of individual housing construction in the total volume of housing commissioning is 40-45%. For the period from 2020 to 2024, it is planned to significantly increase the volume of individual housing construction to 1.8 million square meters. We plan not only to increase the volume of construction but also to increase the knowledge of market participants in the management of investment and construction projects of individual housing construction, taking into account modern realities in the real estate market,” - said the head of the department at a meeting in the Government House of the Republic of Tatarstan. On August 4, on the basis of the Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering, a program for the development of individual housing construction starts. Training is provided for the management staff of the executive committees of municipalities and specialists involved in the construction industry. The organizers of the project are: the Ministry of Construction, Architecture, Housing and Communal Services of the Republic of Tatarstan, Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education "Kazan State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering", State Autonomous Institution "Department of State Expertise and Pricing of the Republic of Tatarstan for Construction and Architecture", Kazan branch of FAI "Glavgosexpertiza of Russia". The 72-hour program assumes distance learning via video conferencing without interrupting the main work. The training will be conducted by the leading teachers of KSUAE and qualified specialists of ministries and departments.
